About the Client
Green Star Exteriors is a Philadelphia-based company providing and installing superior vinyl replacement windows, roofing, siding, and doors. The organization required migration from an existing CRM platform to SugarCRM, necessitating custom API development solutions.
The Challenge
- Move GSE’s operational workflows, call queues, and existing data into SugarCRM
- Replace existing logic allowing multiple e-lead vendors to pass new Lead data into SugarCRM
- Work with existing e-lead vendors to adopt the new API Digester for transmitting Lead data
- Address vendor data gaps — third-party vendors lacked native logic to meet GSE’s workflow requirements

- Built a custom API functioning as a “man-in-the-middle” digester to parse incoming Lead data and create new Leads and Opportunities within SugarCRM in real-time
